14-Day Refund & Cancellation Policy
The no-questions-asked launch guarantee for both plans.
Our guarantee
Cancel either plan for any reason within 14 calendar days from the initial contract date for a full refund of the initial amount paid. No reason is required, even if download, configuration or guided installation has begun.
How to cancel
Email lpjaisolutions@gmail.com, message +353 83 8644 576, or use our model cancellation form. Give your name, purchase email and order date. A clear cancellation statement is enough.
Monthly cancellation
Flex Access can be cancelled any time to stop the next renewal. Renewal payments are not automatically covered by the initial commercial guarantee, without affecting mandatory statutory remedies.
Refund timing and faults
Applicable refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. The guarantee is additional to statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or non-compliant.
