Reseller & Commercial Use Policy
Rules for internal business use and future partners.
Internal use
A business may use its Engram licence in the named customer environment. This does not permit copying or supplying Engram to another organisation.
No resale under standard plans
Neither standard plan permits resale, sublicensing, white-labelling, bundling Engram into third-party products or installing copies for clients.
Partner agreement
Agencies, contractors and resellers need a written agreement covering deployment rights, support, branding, pricing, security, data protection and liability before representing that they distribute Engram.
