Licence grant
LPJ grants the named customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use. Founding Access applies to the supplied release without a recurring time limit. Flex Access applies while payments are current.
Ownership and restrictions
Vaultic code, design, documentation, trade names and intellectual property remain owned by LPJ or its licensors. Customers may not resell, sublicense, distribute, white-label, host or create a competing derivative without written agreement.
