LPJ / ENGRAM · EFFECTIVE 28 AUGUST 2026
Engram Software Licence
Permitted use, ownership and licence limits.
Licence grant
LPJ grants the named customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal personal or business use on the systems in the order confirmation. Founding Access applies to the supplied release without a recurring time limit. Flex Access applies only while subscription payments are current.
Ownership and restrictions
Engram code, design, documentation, trade names and intellectual property remain owned by LPJ or its licensors. The customer may not resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, publish, remove notices, offer Engram as a hosted service, or create a competing derivative from protected code without written agreement. Mandatory reverse-engineering rights are unaffected.
Third-party components
Open-source and third-party components remain under their own licences. Required notices supplied with a release prevail for those components.
Termination
A licence may be terminated for material breach not corrected after reasonable written notice. The customer must then stop use and delete Engram, except where retention is legally required. Accrued statutory and refund rights remain.
Contact and document status
Questions and notices may be sent to lpjaisolutions@gmail.com. This document is part of the Engram launch legal pack and should be read with the Terms of Sale, Software Licence, Refund Policy and Privacy Notice. Mandatory Irish and EU consumer rights prevail where they apply.
