Flex Subscription Terms
Renewal, cancellation and access terms for €30/month Flex Access.
Monthly access
Flex Access costs €30 per month at launch, plus any applicable tax disclosed before purchase. It renews monthly using the agreed payment method until cancelled, with no minimum term beyond the paid period.
Cancel any time
Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid billing period. The initial payment has the separate 14-day guarantee.
Price changes
We will not change a price mid-period. Future changes receive at least 30 days’ notice, allowing cancellation before the new price applies.
Included service
While active, Flex includes the Engram licence, guided setup for the agreed environment, standard product updates and reasonable support within documented scope. Bespoke work may be quoted separately.
