Included setup
Both plans include reasonable guided installation for one agreed environment, one compatible MCP client, baseline configuration and a handover explanation unless the order says otherwise.
Support boundary
Support covers reproducible Vaultic defects and reasonable installation faults. New integrations, migrations, extensive customisation, unsupported systems and third-party outages may require a separate quote.
